The Beat: What Makes Us Great Partners?

The Beat for this month is here, sharing a behind the scenes look at life at Ally Medical Emergency Room and the connections we build with each other and the communities we serve. This month’s focus is on partnership and how working side by side with our communities strengthens both the people we serve and the teams who serve them.

This Month’s Focus: What Makes Us Great Partners?

At Ally Medical ER, partnership is a philosophy, not a buzzword. While emergency care is at the heart of what we do, the relationships we build are what shape how we do it. We believe trust is earned through presence, consistency, and a genuine investment in the people and communities we serve.

That belief is grounded in our mission to deliver exemplary experiences to our patients, our team members, and our communities. Partnership at Ally Medical ER is never one sided. When we show up for our communities, we strengthen our teams, deepen trust, and create a shared sense of purpose that guides our work every day.

Powered by Partnership

On any given week, you might find Ally Medical ER team members at a local health fair answering questions, on the sidelines of a school sporting event providing medical support, or in a classroom teaching CPR. You will see employees coming together for donation drives, volunteering their time, and proudly representing Ally Medical ER at community events.

These moments are where partnership comes to life. They improve community health, but they also bring our teams closer together, building connection and pride that carries back into the ER. It is in these everyday interactions that partnership becomes personal and why it matters so much to who we are.

Our Enthusiasm

When we show up for our partners, we show up excited. Whether we are hosting donation drives or supporting partner events, there is real energy behind the work. These moments are not just about participation, they are about bringing our teams together around something meaningful.

Our goal is always to involve as many team members as possible. From the front desk to the lab, our ER teams are looped in and encouraged to take part in fun, creative ways. That might look like themed dress days, friendly donation competitions, or inviting team members to attend and support events hosted by our partners.

This kind of involvement makes a difference. It turns partnership into a shared experience and creates moments our teams genuinely enjoy being part of.

"Some of our best moments happen when we are working with our partners. Whether it’s a donation drive, a themed event, or a networking opportunity, our teams get excited to show up and build trusting relationships within the community. That energy is what makes these partnerships so special," Lyndsay Bredahl, Marketing Outreach Manager said.

Partnerships Through the Screen

Our partnerships do not stop at in-person events. We bring them online too. Through social media, our marketing team highlights our partners with fun videos, eye catching graphics, giveaways, and collaborative content that tells a shared story.

We love working closely with our partners to create content that feels authentic and exciting for both sides. Whether it is a joint post, a giveaway, or a behind the scenes moment, these collaborations help extend the impact of our partnerships and keep our communities connected.

Make sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram to stay up to date on our partnerships and see how we continue to celebrate the people and organizations we work with.
